Build Overview

Dread Claws is probably one of the strongest level build for Warlock. It has great AoE and we will combine it with Rampage to get extra damage on single target.

This build is very powerful and works without any specific Legendary Aspect. Finding one will significantly improve the build, but it's not required.

When you reach level 70 and unlock T1, swap to the endgame build version here. You’ll have full progression from T1 all the way to endgame.

Don't forget to do your class quest as soon as possible and select your Soul Shard level 15!

Leveling path is unknown so just follow instruction below.

Unlock the spell as soon as possible i.e Dread Claws, Nether Step, Rampage, Sigil of Subversion and Metamorphosis

Unlock the branch upgrade as soon as it's possible for example Portals Nether Step, Abyssal Titan Rampage. You can take other upgrade if it unlocks before to still get some bonus.

Then just max out Dread Claws, Rampage then Metamorphosis

Use Rampage if you need more damage and run out of wrath. Unlock Abyssal Titan Rampage ASAP.

Gear doesn’t matter too much while leveling, so don’t overthink it. Just pick items that give you upgrade and focus on simple stats like Willpower.
For defenses, Armor, Maximum Life, and All Resistances are your best options.
Imprint an aspect if you have one, add a rune or jewel if there’s a socket, and you’ll easily make it to level 60 by following the "Leveling Path" in the Skill Tree.

If you’re lucky enough to find a Unique, feel free to use it, they’re almost always stronger than regular Legendaries while leveling.
