SpiritbornYou need to use the Horadric Cube with a Keen Turning Prism to transfigure your amulet and obtain the Aspect of Kinetic Suppression. This is required to gain Resolve stacks when using the skill Rushing Claw. If you are unable to get this Legendary Aspect on your amulet through the Horadric Cube, make sure you imprint the Aspect of Kinetic Suppression onto another piece of gear so you can still gain Resolve stacks when using the skill Rushing Claw.
