This build is based around the 
Rampage: Demonic Smash variant.
Pure speed, you kill enemies as you jump around.
Lurid Pact increases your AoE while you do it.

The core items for this build are 
Infernal Homunculus, 
Moloch's Beating Flame, and
Use it as a charm if you have the Mythic Seal that lets you play three Unique charms.
Otherwise, 
Anathema of the Primes has to be your only Unique charm. That piece is core. Without it, you cannot spam Rampage: Demonic Smash.
Leoric's Crown is insane damage and best in slot for farming.
Temerity is a huge chunk of your defenses.
Lurid Pact is the key item. It increases the size of your Rampage: Demonic Smash. That is where all your AoE comes from.
@Hand of Apotheosis is just a decent pair of gloves you can use.

Wrath, so you need high Critical Strike Chance to generate Wrath whenever you deal damage.
Attrition is your second most important glyph to upgrade.
The rest do not matter as much.
Upgrade Demonologist, 
Eldritch Sight, and Hellforge whenever you feel like it.
I run Subo for vision.
You also get Critical Strike Damage from him, which is nice, but that is not why he is here. We just need the vision.
I run Varyana as reinforcement.
Even if you play Aldkin, you do not really get value from the damage reduction. We move too fast for it to matter.
