Build Variants

Overview

The Landslide focuses on delivering massive burst damage through the new Land Mine Landslide playstyle, allowing it to melt endgame bosses while performing exceptionally well in high Tower tiers.

In Season 15, the build changes since we got some nerfs on Might of the Ursine and Aspect of Glynn's Anvil. But we'll still be using some Resolve Stacks for Damage Reduction.

The Berú of the Old Mountain Charm Set is also a core part of the build, providing valuable Crowd Control while storing damage before unleashing devastating explosions that greatly increase your single-target damage.

The build revolves around Grizzly Rage, which acts as your primary damage window. Properly managing its uptime is key to maximizing your damage, allowing you to overwhelm bosses and elite enemies with powerful bursts while maintaining excellent survivability.

Overall, the Land Mine Landslide Druid offers a smooth, durable, and rewarding playstyle that is easy to learn while remaining one of the strongest options for endgame progression.

To sustain our resources and keep Hero of the Storm Lightning Storm and Land Mine Landslide active more consistently, we’ll be using Tibault's Will. Besides giving us a 26% damage increase, it also boosts our resource generation while Unstoppable.

The way we become Unstoppable is through the Poc +Que runes, which automatically trigger an Unstoppable Earthen Bulwark

Another important mechanic will be resetting Grizzly Rage, since we need to keep it active as often as possible to deal maximum damage. Via Hero of the Storm Lightning Storm and Land Mine Landslide Through Calm Before the Storm

Our strongest defensive aspect is Aspect of Glynn's Anvil, which increases our Damage Reduction by 4% for every stack of Resolve we have on our gear

Ring of Starless Skies is important for reducing our resource costs, while also providing excellent affixes for the endgame. On top of that, it increases our damage by 50%

The new The Basilisk allows us to consistently land Critical Strikes against Petrified enemies. In this build, enemies are constantly being Petrified through Yom, Berú of the Old Mountain, and The Basilisk itself, making it one of the strongest weapon options available

Post-Nerf Update

After the nerfs to Azurewrath, it’s now fine to use Seal of the Diamond Mind so we can run two different sets.

We’re adding the Den Mother set. This set requires Berserking.

To enable that, we’re adding Grizzly RageLeoric's Crown to boost overall efficiency.

Aspect priority order for damage, resources, and defenses

  1. Aspect of the Changeling's Debt
  2. Aspect of Glynn's Anvil
  3. Overcharged Aspect
  4. Exploiter's Aspect

The best affixes for this build are the following

  1. Attack speed
  2. x% Crit Damage Multiplier
  3. x% Vulnerable Damage Multiplier
  4. x% Physical damage multiplier
  5. Willpower
  6. Maximum life
  7. Resistencaes to all elements
  8. Mov Speed
  9. Spirit Regenration

RUNES

Poc + Que is mandatory to activate Tibault's Will via Unstoppable Earthen Bulwark

Igni + Yom This Rune combination constantly Petrifies enemies, creating powerful synergy with The Basilisk, allowing us to consistently benefit from both effects.

On the PTR the five-piece bonus of the Old Mountain set was not working.

For now, I’m using the Den Mother five-piece bonus instead. It gives 235% damage, which is almost identical to Old Mountain, just with less AoE.

Feel free to try Old Mountain yourself. Blizzard sometimes hotfixes these bugs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am running out of resources. What should I do?

A: Make sure you have Tibault's Will and Que to obtain Unstoppable and gain your resources.
You can also put Resource Cost Reduction on your rings.
If you ever have too much resource, remove Spirit regeneration from your chest or boots.
Try to get Resource Generation on your helm, it’s a bigger multiplier than the temper you can get on rings.
Of course, make sure you are running Ring of Starless Skies, which gives another 50% Resource Cost Reduction.

Q: How do I get Berserking?

A: To get Berserking, you need Grizzly Rage
