Pre-Requisities! If you do not have around 100% barrier bonus, use Tyrael's Might, or Tibult's Will for extra DR. If that's not enough Rakanoth's Wake will be a good choice to add some resistances. You can achieve 100% barrier bonus just with tempers and gems. You do not need to be resistance capped if you get your barrier bonus here.
The Gem slot on the planner is blank because the weapon holds the Runes.
You are taking Counter Attack in the Skill Tree but leave it off the bar. You'll gain the Passive effects from it, which is the most important!
All Greater Affixes are what to look for first. All Masterworking Crits are in a perfect world! This is just what to work towards as you progress your character.

Can be sqiushy (See pre-reqs for barrier)- Build up damage. Not immediate.
Build Notes
Hold down Touch of Death spam all other abilities on cooldown. The faster they go off the better it works out! If you're using a mouse and keyboard, as you are moving from pack to pack, if you continuously hold down Touch of Death then mouse over distant enemies it will teleport you there. If you're on a controller, point the joystick in the distant enemies diraction.
