This is my Blizzard Arc Lash Hybrid build from Season 4. This is a build I will be using for levelling again in Season 7 as an alternative way to play firewall and conjurations. This build will require the aspects Glacial and Frozen Tundra. Blizzard will scale better into T4 over Firewall as it is easier to scale the damage. Initially I run the Firewall Arc Lash Hybrid and once I have Glacial and Frozen Tundra this is the build i use from early to mid to end game. This build is also really good for Hardcore and you want to run vyr's mastery key passive over enlightenment.

Other aspects for your gear that are useful for levelling are; Undying aspect (health regen), Snowguards and Snowveil aspect (Survivability), Disobedience (Armour), Orange Herald (Ultimate cooldown), Hectic (cooldown reduction), Exploiters aspect (damage on pants or boots), Accursed Touch (vulnerable application), Storm Swell, Conceited, Moonrise, Shredding Blades on weapons or gloves for damage, and Rapid aspect for attack speed. Use what you find for levelling however for your first playthrough only put aspects on your Amulet and ring due to the cost. Uniques that are viable to use while levelling are Paingorgers Gloves, Flickerstep Boots, and Shard of Verathiel sword.

How it Plays
- Cast Ice armor
- Cast Blizzard 2 or 3 times (until out of mana)
- Cast Unstable Currents for attack speed
- Kill everything with arc lash while ultimate is up
- Use flame shield if you get crow controlled or need healing
- Teleport and Tele-dodge for movement
(You can also hold arc lash and spam blizzard 2 to 3 times once your mana is full)
How it Works
This build works this season with the changes to Searing Heat and and Icefall.
Arc Lash and Blizzard (Ice Spike Damage) both scale off of critical strike damage.
Blizzard itself is not the main source of damage the Glacial ice spikes are.
Arc Lash allows a 2nd source of damage while we are levelling as blizzard has a high cost of mana.
The critical strike damage is easy to scale and now into end game with the changes to Searing Heat and Icefall we can increase the damage of Arc Lash and Blizzard at the same time.
