If you prefer your enemies minced while running around like the Flash, then this is the build for you.

Zeal holds a special place in my heart as one of the first Paladin builds I created back in Season 11 and it's really cool to boot! Zeal is an insanely strong skill that attacks extremely fast while echoing strikes for even more slice and dice chaos! This build is unmatched in mobility and Attack Speed.

For General Pool unique items, you can upgrade a white Ancestral of the correct base type to Unique in the Horadric Cube. Chances depend on the number of unique items in that item type.

Critical Strike Chance (No more than 100%)
Critical Strike Damage Multiplier (Main GA and Masterwork focus)
Attack Speed (No more than 100%)
Vulnerable Damage Multiplier (Masterwork upgrade at least one with GA)

The goal is to always fight inside Fortress which gives damage per stack of Resolve.
Rally will stay active passively to give Critical Strike Chance and Movement Speed.
Fanaticism Aura is entirely passive but can be used to reduce cooldowns.
Defiance Aura is entirely passive but can be used to reduce cooldowns.

Skill Rotations

Use Fortress right away for resolve stacks and maintain it consistently.
Use Zeal initially to gain Fervor stacks which enables healing through Fortify.
Use Consecration off Cooldown for additional damage.
Spam Zeal constantly to kill enemies.

Prioritize getting all Legendary Nodes before all else. Example: Fervent
Prioritize all Glyphs to level 25 before going higher unless you cannot equip the next Glyph yet.
Prioritize all Glyphs to level 50 before going higher on any.

Q: Why am I squishy?

A: Survivability is all about stacking multiple layers of damage mitigation and sustain. You want Maximum Life on every piece of gear because it prevents one shots and your Barrier from Earthen Bulwark scales with Maximum Life.

Changed away from Cull the Wicked because the 25% damage doesn't seem to work. (Yay, we're stronger for free)

Modified the build to be the most balanced version. Check text below sections for additional options.
Added the new 1h/Shield version of the build for similar damage and MUCH more survivability.
Various minor adjustments to Tempers, recommended Affixes/GAs, Skill Tree passives, and Paragon boards. Runes changed.
Changed a glyph and pants Affix, changed Runes, also changed 1 skill.
Re-added En Garde to Amulet Temper. My block was glitched.
v2.0 update, lots of tweaks to make it as good as possible.

There are no vulnerability sources in this build, so why vulnerability affixes are on the items?

That's what I noticed but then I swapped out the physical resistance gem in the jewellery for the Splinter of Mother which applies vulnerability for 10 seconds when you touch enemies. The stun is irrelevant since we can just break out of it with Defiance Aura.
