Swap out Shroud for Raiment or a regular chest if you don't have it.
You need Starfall Coronet along with Shattered Stars & Armageddon aspects to get the build online. Other than that, you're looking for a lot of cooldown reduction to make the build feel smooth - both inferno cooldown reduction and normal cooldown reduction.
Prio for Starfall Coronet
- Low Cooldown - by far the most important.
- Cooldown reduction GA.
- Meteor ranks.
Orange Herald is how we reset our Inferno.
Important - Swap out cooldown reduction for Glass Cannon on the amulet as soon as you can spam Meteor's non-stop as this will increase your damage by a lot, and having excess cooldown reduction is useless.

How it Plays
- Teleport on top of enemies to spawn crackling energies - these will grant you a large damage increase.
- Spam all of our other cooldowns - the more cooldowns you spend, the more ice blades you generate and in turn reset your meteor cooldown.
- Spam meteor.
How it Works
Starfall Coronet puts your Meteor on a cooldown rather than spending mana, while also granting it a bunch of damage via its massive ranks. We then use these to boost our Meteorites via the shattered stars aspect.
To get the build online, we need to get our Meteors on a low cooldown, and continuously reset it. We do this resetting via our Ice Blades. To spawn Ice Blades, we make use of the Ice Blades enchantment and spam the living hell out of our cooldowns to keep them up.
