Build Details

How It Works
Summary

This build crushes mob groups in an instant by making use of the unique chest item "Raiment of the Infinite" and the extra casts of the Malignant Heart "Omnipower".

The idea of this build is to Teleport by uniting all the mobs thanks to Raiment of The Infinite, freeze and release 1 Chain Lightning that will release another +3/+4 at once thanks to the Omnipower Malignant Heart.

As you'll be using the Static Surge Paragon Board, this builds mana recovery is guaranteed since you want to pick up the legendary node on there. This way you'll restore 10 mana everytime you stun close enemies with spells like Frost Nova.

We can also count on other aspects in rings to help if necessary, such as the Recharging aspect or Incendiary aspect.

Gameplay Loop
  1. Teleport into a group of enemies
  2. Cast Frost Nova and freeze everything around you
  3. Feel like Oppenheimer and cast Chain Lightning
  4. Use Ice Blades to have ice damage active and keep bosses vulnerable (it also helps with cooldown reduction)
  5. Cast Unstable Currents to make your damage explode even more!
