This build brings out all the new techs and discoveries found this season to bring the undead army to life.

This build utilizes the combination of 
Red Blessing and the 
Dominate glyph to gain massive amounts of multiplicative damage from the Uniques and Additive damage from the Glyph. As a result, stacking Maximum Overpower Stacks with things like 
Tidal Aspect is vital to boost the builds damage.
Blood Wave is used alongside the Over Power Bloodwave upgrade to gain maximum Overpower stacks and increase our maximum stacks by 2.
It is extremely important that you get to 100% minion attack speed to fully scale the 
Cult Leader paragon node. To make sure you have enough attack speed, go into your character sheet and add your attack speed with the stat, "Minion Attack Speed". That numbers needs to be 100% or greater.
