Blood Surge - Best Necro Build

This build is design to go insanely fast while dealing loads of damage with Blood Surge.

1. Decrepify Bosses and Elites

3. Spam Blood Surge

Blood Surge is insanely powerful in the current meta game of nm100 and gauntlet runs as it packs an insane AOE punch while being able to move at an incredible pace thanks to having 200% movement speed and Metamorphosis. Thanks to the recent buffs this setup also hits extremely hard in single target, allowing it to obliterate bosses. Overall Blood Surge is a solid S tier build with the ability to clear all content easily and incredibly quickly.

Uber Replacements

Replace Grandfather with Lidless Wall + Grasping Veins and replace Starless Skies with Aspect of Torment

Move While Casting

There's currently a "feature" if you use keyboard movement where you can cast while moving. You need to lead your character spam click to cast, all while making sure your cursor doesn't hover over an enemy. If done correctly, you will be able to spam Blood Surge while running. Why No Banished Lord's Talisman?

Banished Lord has insane DPS but because it doesn't have movement speed on it it basically isn't good for this build. If you find you need the extra damage feel free to use it, but in general I suggest running an amulet with movement speed..

Construct

Our construct is a very standard setup giving us lots of damage and resource generation. Breaking Support massively increases our boss damage as it gives us 100% uptime on Vulnerable.

Iron Maiden Vs Decrepify

Iron Maiden is great as it gives resources instead of costing, and it also doesn't slow unlike Decrepify. That being said, Decrepify is better if you're having survivability issues, but in general I prefer Iron Maiden.
