Hurricane

This is a build that gets to do some light cardio while Hurricane kills everything along your path.

First Rotation:

1. Cast Maul until Provocation is up.
2. Cast Poison Creeper
3. Cast Earthen Bulkwark for Resonance
4. Cast Hurricane
5. Cast Poison Creeper and Cyclone Armor periodically to keep up Quickshift.
6. Wait until Hurricane fully expires before casting a new one.

This build focuses on getting Hurricane as strong as possible. It's not possible to level with this build.

To maximize this build, we make full use of Clarity and Provocation.

Clarity with the an Amulet Affix an get 100% Critical Chance by casting any Companion Skill before your next Hurricane, on top of an incredible damage multiplier.

Provocation allows every Hurricane to Overpower by staying in Werebear form a specific amount of time before your next Hurricane. Make sure not to cast Maul after you fully stacked Provocation. In order to avoid that happening we have to calibrate our Provocation Ranks so that the time to proc is similar but higher than our Hurricane Duration.

VERY IMPORTANT INDICATIONS

Because Werebear Form lasts for 3 seconds after the last Werebear Skill you cast you want your Provocation to be as close as possible to your Hurricane duration but lower. If your Hurricane lasts for more than 3 seconds longer than your Provocation (24/20/16s) then you run the risk of going into Human Form and dying.

Example:

• If your Hurricane lasts 21 seconds you want a Rank 2 Provocation that lasts takes 20 seconds to stack.

Do not ever cast Maul after you have stacked your Provocation up unless you will be able to get Provocation back up before you have to cast Hurricane.

Skill Choices and Explanation

Basic Skills

Maul is used to maintain Werebear form and get a lot of survivability from Aspect of Might and Aspected of Fevered Mauling.

Core Skills

We don't use a Core Skill on this build.

Defensive Skills

Earthern Bulwark is used to proc Resonance.

Cyclone Armor provides more defenses and also lets us switch forms for Quick Shift.

Companion Skills

Poison Creeper is used to proc Clarity.

Wrath Skills

Hurricane is the skill the entire build revolves around.

Ultimate Skills

We use Cataclysm with Mjolnic Ryng to do incredible damage.

Masterworking Priority

Although this guide shows the most optimal gear setup, it's not easy to acquire and generally compromises must be made. For that reason, it's important to understand how the different affixes rank in terms of Masterworking priority.

Breakpoint Affixes

These affixes and their exact Masterworking values are used to reach specific breakpoints.

Maximum Priority Affixes

These should be 3x Masterworking at all costs as they are incredibly powerful affixes.
