This is one of the hardest Barbarian builds out there to play. It is also the hardest hitting boss. You will need to practice the rotation, because it is very hard to master and will do no damage without it. Frequently Asked Questions
Mightiest Big Bonk Throw
This build will be running on a Two-handed Mace set up. That means your Two-handed Mace weapons will be selected for Mighty Throw. This will allow you to take advantage of your Wallop, Heavy Handed and Brute Force.
Important Build Points
This can be challenging, and if you miss any of your cooldowns you'll have to start over.
This will be a 12 second rotation. This is why having your Harlequin's Crest with a Greater Affix on Cooldown Reduction with Triple Master Working is very important. You will only attack once every 12 seconds. The rest of the time you will just run around grouping up monsters.
You will have two guaranteed Overpowers with this build. One from Bone Breaker legendary node in your Paragon and one from the Dominate Glyph. These two charges for Overpower need to be used for very specific Skills. One Overpower must be used for Hammer of the Ancients to gain the 40(x) buff, and the second one must be used for Mighty Throw.
You will use Igni to activate Qax, this will spend your Fury allowing you to take advantage of Aspect of Encroaching Wrath and the Ring of Red Furor.
Defenses

Offense
- Mighty Throw will be your main source of damage with this build. It will only be used once every 12 seconds.
- Aspect of Delayed Extinction gives Mighty Throw a MASSIVE damage bonus. However, using this Aspect blocks Mighty Throw from receiving any benefits from Cooldown Reduction on any piece of gear or skill skills. This leaves Mighty Throw at a 12 second cooldown before you can use it again.
- Aspect of Herculean Spectacle adds two extra hammers to Mighty Throw and increases the damage all three hammers do.
- Aspect of Encroaching Wrath gives your Mighty Throw big damage bonus' after you spend 100 Fury.
- Aspect of Earthquakes increased your damage while standing in an Earthquake and for 4 seconds after you leave it. On top of that, it also increases your Earthquake damage as well.
If you want to learn the basics about Multipliers watch this video: Addative vs. Multiplicative Damage.
Uniques
- Bane of Ahjed-Den will make Mightys pulse explode instantly dealing increased damage.
- Tibult's Will is both offensive and defensive at the same time. It does provide Damage Reduction as well as the Unique Aspect gives you increased damage whenever you become Unstoppable. You'll gain the Unstoppable buff from , Iron Skin and Rallying Cry. This damage increase lasts for the entire duration of your Unstoppable buff, and then stays active for 5 seconds after. This also restores 50 Fury every time you use it while you are NOT Unstoppable. If you are already Unstoppable and you use and ability that grants Unstoppable it does not restore and Fury.
- Rakanoth's Wake adds a fire explosion whenever you cast any ability with a Cooldown. All of your Shouts, Iron Warrior and Call of the Ancients. It also gives Resistances, Cooldown Reduction and Movement Speed overall a solid addition to your kit.
Ring of Red Furor gives you guaranteed Critical Hits and makes you deal additional damage. You gain these bonus' after spending 100 Fury.
- Godslayer Crown will add extra damage each time you damage a boss. Because we only do damage once every 12 seconds other helmets won't fit well into this build.
Mythic Uniques
- Shroud of False Death is probably one of the strongest Mythic Uniques in the game as it adds +1 to every single Passive node in your Skill Tree. That means every offensive, defensive and utility node you now gain.
