Dust Devil Damage
This build will be running on a Two-handed Mace set up in order to take advantage of the increased damage from using a Two-handed Mace Weapon Expertise as well as Heavy Handed and Wallop.
Offense
- Aspect of Fierce Winds is the most Important aspect for this build. This will allow your Shouts to cast Dust Devils and with the new Chaos Perk: Deafening Chorus that makes your Shouts always active and auto-cast once every second, this is how you achieve the Auto-cast Dust Devil Barbarian
- Dust Devil's Aspect makes it so your Whirlwind will cast Dust Devils" as you spin. These are your strongest **Dust Devils.
- Devilish will cast Dust Devils after you spend 100 Fury. This will be your weakest form of Dust Devils and after you've aquired gear, this aspect will be dropped so that you do not clutter up the strong Dust Devils with the weak ones.
- Aspect of Elements will give you rotating increases to damage.
- Inner Calm even if you are using Whirlwind and moving, this Aspect still gives you a damage bonus. If you stand still and the damage bonus is tripled and all your auto-cast Dust Devils will gain the bonus. It is still better to spin using Whirlwind but the bonus works for all options.
- Call of the Ancients will be an additional source of Dust Devils. This will interrupt your Whirlwind but is a great source of increased damage and attack speed.
- Aspect of Earthquakes will give you additional damage for your Dust Devils when you stand inside of an Earthquake and for 4 seconds after you leave that Earthquake.
- Vehement Brawler Aspect gives you damage whenever you cast your ultimate skill. This also increases the ranks of the Ultimate which reduces it's cooldown as well.

Rune Combinations
Creating Earthquakes
- Bac + Tec will be your end game choice. As you move, you cast Earthquakes.
- Neo + Tec if you deal damage, but don't take any damage every 2 seconds you will cast an Earthquake.
- Poc + Tec works very well as well for this set up.
- Yax + Tec you will need to drink a Healing Potion in order to proc an Earthquake. Because we are using the Chaos Perk: Marred Guard you will always be able to drink a Healing Potion.
Vulnerable
- Exploit Glyph will be your source of Vulnerable Damage early to mid-game.
- Fist of Fate with a Greater Affix (the star) on Lucky Hit: Up to a [X%] Chance To Make Enemies Vulnerable For 3 Seconds will be your end goal for Chaos Armor.

Uniques
Key Build Piece
- Arreat's Bearing will be used in the mid-game stages for the extra Dust Devils you gain from casting your Ultimate.
Mythic Uniques
- The Grandfather has a Unique Aspect that doubles your Critical Strike Damage bonus. More importantly for this build it gives very high Maximum Resources. That will help scale your damage from Ramaladi's Magnu Opus. It's a great source of Max Life and the All Stats play a huge role in activating your Paragon Nodes.
- Ring of Starless Skies adds damage to all of your abilities after you spend primary resources.
- Heir of Perdition this is a great source for Critical Strike Chance, Movement Speed, and damage.

Chaos Armor
These Chaos Uniques can be found in any slot combination. You do not have to match the planner exactly, you will just need to find all of these in this combination.
- Fists of Fate great source of applying Vulnerable to enemies. Also a big increase at random to your attacks.
- Crown of Lucian will increase the Fury cost of your Whirlwind but it will also add big damage increases to all damage.
- Ugly Bastard Helmet will increase your damage while Wrath of the Berserker is active.
- Battle Trance plays a big role in the build. It adds +30% all resistances and it has a lucky hit chance to apply frenzy stacks even if frenzy isn't on your bar. While you're at max stacks you're going to gain increased damage.
