Overview
This build was created by Hydration. To find it in game, search for "Mobalytics - Warden by Hydration"
At first glance Warden may seem like a tank, but in reality he is a bullet damage assassin. Warden is one of the weakest lane heroes, but as soon as he starts picking up the necessary items, he becomes an absolute speed demon that cannot be kited.
Early Game
First buy High-Velocity Mag to help you secure and deny souls during lane.
Pick up Close Quarters, Mystic Burst, and Mystic Reach and begin trading after throwing out your Alchemical Flask (1).
Get Sprint Boots before saving up for your mid game core.
Mid Game
Mid game is where Warden truly shines. After you acquire the mid game core of Slowing Hex, Divine Barrier, Fleetfoot, Slowing Bullets, and Enduring Speed, no one will be able to run away from you.
By this point your Alchemical Flask (1) should be maxed, and if you buy Suppressor, you will be able to duel anyone on the enemy team.
With this build we will not be buying armors, instead we will opt in for barriers with Combat Barrier and Enchanter’s Barrier.
After filling out all slots and buying both barriers, it’s time to save up for Veil Walker. This item is key to maintaining your relevancy in the late game.
Late Game
Next you want to upgrade Headhunter. This item also gives you more movespeed on headshots.
Now you will have a good amount of ability points invested into Last Stand (4), so we want to complement that by buying items to make it stronger. This is where you need Duration Extender, Mystic Slow, Superior Duration, and Improved Reach. Make sure to imbue everything on Last Stand (4).
Situational Items
Magic Carpet is very good for helping you get away or into a fight.
Phantom Strike is another great choice for helping you engage.
Diviner’s Kevlar helps you channel Last Stand mid fight without dying.
Soul Rebirth is another good option for survivability.
