Early Game
Early on, you'll look to shove wave with
Alchemical Flask and farm with the goal of not falling behind.If you need more regen due to a tough matchup, buy ONE of
Healing Rite, 
Extra Regen, or 
Melee Lifesteal. 
Slowing Hex is your main early power spike to start making plays.
Mid Game
The Mid Game is all about accelerating your movement speed with items like
Fleetfoot and 
Enduring Speed.
Veil Walker is what really allows this build to shine as it grants you invisibility to start making picks.Once you complete your Mid Game core, consider Situational or Late Game items.
Late Game
Adapt what to build first based on if you need big damage or survival.
Situational Items
Knockdown and 
Silence Glyph can really help you against threats like 
Pocket but also enable your overall assassin playstyle.
Magic Carpet is a situational luxury that lets you fly around, be unkillable, and even fly through veils.
