Unlock Location:
- Continue through the story until reaching The Howl in the The Fadefields area.
- You will find a Order Bunker, at the end you will encounter the boss Core Observer.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Core Observer at the end of the Order Bunker "Blacklime Bunker".
- Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat Core Observer until
Defibrillator drops.
