Unlock Location:

• Continue through the story until reaching The Howl in the The Fadefields area.
• You will find a Order Bunker, at the end you will encounter the boss Core Observer.

Farm Method:

• Defeat Core Observer at the end of the Order Bunker "Blacklime Bunker".
• Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat Core Observer until Defibrillator drops.
