Nepta's DLC 1 Shenanigan Findings

List of weird interaction/clarification found by me. Use this if you want to make a new build (maybe).

• • Spawn a Phantom when ever you shoot and move, doesn't seem to be capped, Phantoms disappear on reload
  • The Phantom does not retain Flat Amp

• Elphis Star
• • Can Naturally Crit
  • Is Not Skill, Ordnance
  • Is Gun Damage
  • Has an Internal Cooldown
