How to Unlock
Unlock Location:
- Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC until reaching the "Windswept Wastes".
- From the "Stanton's Spill" Fast travel point, Straight ahead you see a group of enemies guarding a Blood clot door open it and make you way up the tower.
- Along the way there will be a sires of platforming challenges heading to the boss arena
- once at the top you will encounter the boss "The Penitent Steel"
Farm Method:
- Defeat "The Penitent Steel".
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat "The Penitent Steel" until Soul Survivor Drops.
