Unlock Location:
- Progress through the story until reaching "His Vile Sanctum" a Main Quest in Terminus Range area.
- You will encounter Vile Lictor, a major campaign boss.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Vile Lictor and finish the main story mission.
- After completing the story mission, return to his arena.
- Use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat Vile Lictor until Ruby's Grasp drops.
