How to Unlock
Unlock Location:
- Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC
- Continue though to "Crooked Teeth" where you will find the "Troumbosi Purge" to the south
- After defeating all the enemies you will encounter the boss "Air Raider Screamulous"
Farm Method:
- Defeat the Air Raider Screamulous.
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat "Air Raider Screamulous" until Prowler Drops.
