Unlock Location:
- Collect all of the Vault Fragments in Carcadia Burn.
- Travel to the Grindstone of the Worthy sub-region
- Proceed through the Vault Entrance Arch of Radix.
Farm Method:
- Defeat Radix for a chance at Pachonk.
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat Radix until Pachonk drops.
