How To Unlock

Unlock Location:

  • Progress through the (Murders and Acquisitions) DLC until reaching the Boss Infamous Dave.

Farm Method:

  • Defeat Infamous Dave to get a chance at the Loiter Sploiter.
  • After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
  • Repeatedly defeat Infamous Dave until the Loiter Sploiter drops.
