How to Unlock

Unlock Location:

Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC until reaching the Whispering Glacier
Open the Blood clot with the pearl and fight the boss "Corporal Brennan"

Farm Method:

Defeat the Corporal Brennan.
After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
Repeatedly defeat "Corporal Brennan" until @Laser-Cutter drops.
