- Acquire the How Rush Saved Mercenary Day Bounty Pack (this is free!)
- Work your way through the quest starting with The War on Mercenary Day. This can be started by interacting with the present at any majob hub.
- Defeat Donk and/or Minister Screw during the end boss fight in the Ministry of Culture.
