Unlock Location:
- Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC
- Continue though the mission "Damnation Encroaches"
- You will encounter the boss "Captain Willis"
Farm Method:
- Defeat the Captain Willis.
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat "Captain Willis" until Heimdahl.
