• Collect all of the Vault Fragments in The Fadefields.
• Travel to the Dissected Plateau sub-region.
• Proceed through the Vault Entrance Arch of Inceptus.

Farm Method:

• Defeat Inceptus.
• After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat Inceptus until Extra Medium drops.
