Ripper Grenade from the unique enemy known as 'Voraxis' in the Timid Kyle's Neglected Opening Abandoned Auger Mine in the Fadefields.
It fires out a stationary mine, designed to imitate a buoy- in which it will float in place for a moderate duration before detonating, or until an enemy comes into close proximity.
Buoy you will need to kill an enemy known as Voraxis, which can be found in the Timid Kyle's Neglected Opening Abandoned Auger Mine within the Fadefields
The Buoy is one of three possible drops in the loot pool, and can also be found as a world drop from any enemy/boss in the game.
