• Progress through the "Mad Ellie Vault of the Damned" DLC until reaching the Whispering Glacier
• Open the Blood clot with the pearl and fight the boss "Corporal Brennan"

Farm Method:

• Defeat the Corporal Brennan.
• After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
• Repeatedly defeat "Corporal Brennan" until Bismuth-Tipped Dagger drops.
