Unlock Location:
- Progress through the (FL4k and the Last Resort) DLC
- Flip 5 Substation Switches in the DLC
- Locate the Substation Control
Farm Method:
- Defeat Vulkorr to get a chance at the Avarice.
- After use the Encore Machine nearby to reset the fight.
- Repeatedly defeat Vulkorr until the Avarice drops.
