Do you like them, or do you prefer Season 13? Regardless of these changes, now’s the time to get your hiking boots on to start that climb!
In this article by Mobalytics, we will recommend 5 great ADCs you should be playing this split and this Season in League of Legends. Don’t see your favourite champion on our list? See where we rank them on the Mobalytics Tier Mobalytics Tier List for Patch 14.2.
Twitch
The first champion on our list is Twitch. Twitch is an aggressive ADC that can go for frequent trades with the enemy. While he may not be the strongest early game ADC, give him some time to scale and he will truly come online.
Twitch is a very strong ADC as he can win extended trades with his Passive and E. In team fights, he is even stronger as his Ultimate can deal damage to multiple enemies at once. This combined with multiple attack speed items will make him a true monster.
It doesn’t look like Twitch will be negatively impacted in the next patch as he isn’t getting any buffs or nerfs. So he should still be quite obnoxious in the upcoming patch.
Twitch’s win rate on patch 14.1 was 52.15% in 227k games.
Seraphine
The only AP champion on our list is Seraphine. We’ve seen several good AP ADCs played in the bottom lane in the past Season or 2. Seraphine is one of the better APC champions in LoL for this patch.
Her playstyle depends on the matchup she is in, but most notably she doesn’t want to fight too much early. But when she gets some levels and items, her poke and empowered Q offers her a lot of wave clear and poke.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, AP Supports will still be good in the next patch, and Seraphine isn’t receiving any different nerfs or buffs.
Seraphine’s win rate in this patch was 55.52% in 96k games.
Samira
Love 1v9 champions? Samira is one of the best S-tier ADCs this patch. Samira has a very strong all-in and can fight frequently with the enemy. When paired with an all-in Support, she can get kill after kill if they keep going in.
Samira does suffer in the very early game, but once she gets some levels and purchases some items, she can be a real monster. In team fights and with a fully stacked and active Ultimate, she can deal considerable damage to her opponents.
There aren’t any direct nerfs or buffs to Samira in this patch, which is promising for her win rate and play rate.
Samira’s win rate on patch 14.1 was 51.09% in 434k games.
Draven
Draven is a hard champion, but don’t let that stop you from learning him on Patch 14.2. If you’re good on him, Draven can be one of the most lane-dominant ADCs. Getting one early kill will enable you to snowball extremely fast.
Draven is best paired with an aggressive Support who can all-in the enemy and make plays. He is best suited to this playstyle as it allows him to cash out on his stacks. If you love aggressive ADCs who constantly bully and harass the enemy, then Draven might be for you.
There don’t seem to be any direct buffs or nerfs to Draven this patch, so he should remain as one of the better ADCs to play this patch.
Draven had a win rate of 51.15% on patch 14.1.
Yasuo
The final champion on our list is Yasuo. Yasuo is the only melee champion on our list, so his play style differs from the other champions. However, if you learn how to master his playstyle in the bottom lane and abuse his synergy, then you can easily win most matchups.
Yasuo isn’t the best early game champion and does lose early trades, but once he has some levels under his belt, he can all-in the enemy and get a lead. Pair him with a champions who can knock the enemy up for kills after level 6!
Yasuo’s only going to get stronger and stronger, and your win rate on him will only improve if you put the effort into learning him. With no major ADC changes this patch, he’s going to be a good ADC pick!
Finally, Yasuo’s win rate was 52.22% on patch 14.1.
Final Thoughts
We’re only on the second patch of the new Season, but don’t let that distract you from trying to climb in LoL. Make sure you pick one of these 5 champions if you’re an ADC main trying to climb this Season!
