ZZZ Ye Shunguang Overview: Kit, Materials, & More

Ye Shunguang is an S Rank / Honed Edge Attribute / Attack Specialty Agent and a member of the Yunkui Summit faction.

*Honed Edge functions similarly to Physical, except Honed Edge Assault builds up separately from Physical, and can cause Disorder with Physical Assault.

Core Passive: Core Passive: Burning Clarity

When not in the [Enlightened Mind] state and with fewer than 6 points of Qingming Sword Force, certain attacks slowly build [Qingming Sword Force]. Whenever [Qingming Sword Force] is gained by any means, each 1 point of excess [Qingming Sword Force] is converted into 1 stack of [Bearer], stacking up to 3 times. Upon leaving the [Enlightened Mind] state, all [Bearer] stacks are consumed to grant the same number of [Qingming Sword Force] stacks.
Upon entering the battlefield, gain [Unity], increasing CRIT Rate by 30% and DMG by 25%.
When [Ultimate: Chasing Storms] or [Entry Skill: Illuminating Darkness] is unleashed, Ye Shunguang enters the [Enlightened Mind] state and activates [Ether Veil: Verdict]. [Ether Veil: Verdict] and [Enlightened Mind] share the same duration, lasting 16s. The duration timer pauses while she is off-field. During the [Enlightened Mind] state, Ye Shunguang's skills are enhanced, all Physical DMG dealt by her skills becomes Honed Edge DMG.
While [Ether Veil: Verdict] is active, when an enemy enters [Ether Veil: Verdict], they gain a Veil Vulnerability effect based on their current Stun DMG Multiplier. When Ye Shunguang's skills deal DMG to enemies, enemy Stun DMG Multiplier is ignored and replaced with the Veil Vulnerability bonus. Veil Vulnerability caps at 110%. The effect is removed when [Ether Veil: Verdict] ends.

Additional Ability: Shadowtrace Flight

When another character in your squad is a Support or Defense character:
When a squadmate activates any Ether Veil, gain 3 points of Qingming Sword Force. If already in the Enlightened Mind state, this is instead converted into 3 stacks of Bearer.

Basic Attack: Swiftedge

Press  to activate:
Launches up to four forward slashes, dealing Physical DMG.
Can be chained into Dash Attack: Phantasm Dash after the 4th hit.

Basic Attack: Cloudstream Sword Will

Hold  to activate:
Launches a flurry of blade shockwaves, dealing Physical DMG. Hold to extend the attack.
Anti-Interrupt Level is increased during this skill.

Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Splitting Currents

While in the Enlightened Mind state and on the ground, press  to activate:
Performs up to three forward slashes, dealing Physical DMG.
If struck by an enemy attack during the 3rd hit, triggers a block, negating that instance of DMG.
If she possesses Qingming Sword Force, the 3rd hit is replaced with Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Skyward Ascent.

Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Skyward Ascent

While in the Enlightened Mind state and with Qingming Sword Force, after the 2nd hit of Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Splitting Currents, press to activate:
Launches a swift rising attack, dealing Physical DMG and entering an airborne state.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Maximum

After activating Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Annihilation, and with Qingming Sword Force, press  to activate:
Launches a wide sweeping slash forward, dealing massive Physical DMG. On hit, 1 point of Qingming Sword Force is consumed.
If struck by an enemy during the skill, triggers a block, negating that instance of DMG and increasing the skill's Interrupt Level.
After using this skill and with Qingming Sword Force, press  to consume 1 point of Qingming Sword Force and launch a hit of EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Soaring Light. This skill is automatically followed up with Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Skyward Ascent, and Ye Shunguang enters an airborne state.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight

In the Enlightened Mind state, and while airborne, press  to activate:
Launches up to two downward slashes in front, dealing Physical DMG.
Ye Shunguang will not exit the Enlightened Mind state during this skill.
Press  or  to follow up with Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Annihilation.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Annihilation

After the 2nd hit of Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight, press to activate:
Performs a falling attack in front, entering a grounded state, and dealing Physical DMG.
When launching this skill with 2 or more points of Qingming Sword Force, Ye Shunguang will perform a downward falling strike across a large area in front instead, dealing massive Physical DMG. On hit, 2 points of Qingming Sword Force are consumed, granting the Culmination effect. After using this skill, if Ye Shunguang possesses Qingming Sword Force, press  to consume 1 point of Qingming Sword Force and launch a hit of EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Soaring Light, which can be quickly followed up with Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Maximum.
Ye Shunguang will not exit the Enlightened Mind state during this skill.
During this skill, if attacked by enemies, triggers a block, negating that instance of DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Culmination

During EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Soaring Light, each time Qingming Sword Force is consumed while Culmination is active, the Qingming Sword Force cost is replaced by consuming Culmination instead. This effect does not stack, and lasts until the current Enlightened Mind ends.

Dodge: Leave No Trace

Press  to activate:
A quick dash dodge.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
During the Enlightened Mind state, and if a Perfect Dodge is triggered, press  to activate Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Skyward Ascent.

Dodge: Wandering Cloud

While tilting the stick/joystick, hold  to activate:
Enters a high-speed movement state. Steer with the stick/joystick, and release the stick/joystick to stop.

Dash Attack: Phantasm Dash

Press  during a dodge to activate:
Slashes enemies in front, dealing Physical DMG.

Dodge Counter: Swallow Strike

Press  during a Perfect Dodge to activate:
Leaps into the air and thrusts forward, dealing Physical DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Entry Skill: Illuminating Darkness

With 6 Qingming Sword Force and while not in the Enlightened Mind state, hold  to activate, or press  while in combat and switch on-field from off-field to activate:
Enters the Enlightened Mind state and activates Ether Veil: Verdict.
Deals Physical DMG to enemies in a large area in front.
Activating this skill is considered as activating a Quick Assist.
Enters the airborne state after using this skill.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Quick Assist: Support Guard

When the active character is launched, press  to activate:
Leaps into the air and thrusts forward, dealing Physical DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Assist Follow-Up: Cease Hostility

Press  after a Defensive Assist to activate:
Deals massive Physical DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Defensive Assist: When I Return

When the on-field character is about to be attacked, press  to activate:
Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Quick Assist: Enlightened Mind - Tactical Support

While in the Enlightened Mind state, when the active character is launched, press  to activate:
Launches a forward slash, dealing Physical DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Assist Follow-Up: Enlightened Mind - Unification

While in the Enlightened Mind state and after a Defensive Assist, press to activate:
Deals massive Physical DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Special Attack: Guiding Tides

Press  to activate:
If a dodge is available, 1 dodge chance is consumed, and the action is counted as activating a Dodge.
If no dodge is available or a Perfect Dodge is not triggered, launches a quick sword energy attack that deals Physical DMG.
If a Perfect Dodge is triggered at this time, launches a flying sword attack, dealing Physical DMG, and immediately follow up with the 2nd hit of Basic Attack: Swiftedge.
Character is briefly invulnerable during the skill.

EX Special Attack: Gale Suppression

With enough Energy, press  to activate:
Launches a rushing slash and a flying sword attack at the enemy, dealing massive Physical DMG.
Enemy attacks can be dodged during this skill.
After this skill is used, gain 1 point of Qingming Sword Force.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Clean Exit

While in the Enlightened Mind state and grounded, press  to activate:
Performs a swift backstep slash, dealing Physical DMG.
If a dodge is available, 1 dodge chance is consumed, and the action is counted as activating a Dodge.
If a Perfect Dodge is triggered at this time, press  to quickly activate Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Maximum and enter Vital View.
After this Enlightened Mind - Sunderlight Maximum activates, it can be immediately followed up with Basic Attack: Enlightened Mind - Skyward Ascent.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Soaring Light

In the Enlightened Mind state and with Qingming Sword Force, hold  to activate:
Performs quick consecutive slashes, dealing massive Physical DMG while rapidly consuming Qingming Sword Force until none remains.
The skill ends early if Qingming Sword Force is insufficient or if  is released.
Ye Shunguang will not exit the Enlightened Mind state during this skill.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Return to Dust

In the Enlightened Mind state, press  or hold  when all Qingming Sword Force is expended to activate:
Deals massive Physical DMG to enemies in a large area.
Ye Shunguang will not exit the Enlightened Mind state during this skill.
After using this skill, Ether Veil: Verdict is removed and the Enlightened Mind state ends.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Chain Attack: Smite the Wicked

When a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate:
Unleashes a powerful slash at enemies ahead in a large area, dealing massive Physical DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Ultimate: Chasing Storms

When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press  to activate:
Summons a sword formation and enter the Enlightened Mind state, activating an Ether Veil: Verdict while also gaining 6 Qingming Sword Force. This skill deals massive Physical DMG.
Upon activating this skill, if Decibels are consumed, press  while in this Enlightened Mind state to launch an Ultimate: Cleaving Heavens that doesn't consume Decibels.
Enter the airborne state after using this skill.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Chain Attack: Enlightened Mind - Lure Thunder

While in the Enlightened Mind state, and when a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate:
Unleashes a powerful slash at enemies ahead in a large area, dealing massive Physical DMG.
Ye Shunguang will not exit the Enlightened Mind state during this skill.
Enter the airborne state after using this skill.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Ultimate: Cleaving Heavens

After consuming Decibels to launch Ultimate: Chasing Storms and while in the Enlightened Mind state, press  or hold  when all Qingming Sword Force is expended to activate:
Summons a massive blade, dealing massive Physical DMG to enemies.
Ye Shunguang will not exit the Enlightened Mind state during this skill.
After using this skill, the Enlightened Mind state ends, and Ether Veil: Verdict is removed.
This skill doesn't consume Decibels.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

M1: Dreambound Self

Upon entering the battlefield, gains 6 Qingming Sword Force. This effect can trigger once every 180s in Investigation Zone mode.
The Unity effect from Core Passive: Burning Clarity increases DMG dealt by an additional 10%, and they ignore 20% of the target's DEF.

M2: Light & Shadow

The max stack count of Bearer increases to 6, and Culmination can stack up to 9 times; While in the Enlightened Mind state, each point of Qingming Sword Force consumed grants 1 stack of Culmination. EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Soaring Light and Ultimate: Cleaving Heavens's DMG ignores 40% of the target's DEF.

M3: Swordswoman

Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2

M4: Together into the Dust

Upon entering the battlefield, gains 1,000 Decibels. In Investigation Zone mode, this effect can trigger once every 180s. The Vulnerability bonus provided by Ether Veil: Verdict is increased to a maximum of 200%.

M5: Guiding Glimmer

Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2

M6: Lantern Wish

Upon entering the battlefield, gains 2 stacks of Lantern Wish. When entering the Enlightened Mind state, gains 1 stack of Lantern Wish, stacking up to 4 times. With 3 stacks of Lantern Wish, EX Special Attack: Enlightened Mind - Return to Dust is replaced with Ultimate: Cleaving Heavens. When this Ultimate: Cleaving Heavens is activated, it consumes 3 stacks of Lantern Wish. The last hit of Enlightened Mind - Return to Dust and Ultimate: Cleaving Heavens deal 1,500% of ATK as additional Physical DMG.
