The Meta Arms Warrior PvP Builds in WoW: Forever

Hey everyone! LexD here and as a WoW: Classic veteran and TBC multiglad, I wanted to share a bit of what I thought the meta PvP specs would be for Warriors in WoW: Forever.

Keep in mind that the game is still in beta and this will be subject to change, but I do think that the specs below are going to be what level 60 Warrior PvP builds are going to lean towards, with some slight variation here and there.

QUICK NOTE: This build does not go 5/5 Cruelty as your first talent points, but if you want to, you are free to do so and then follow the Arms tree as follows. I do think it's worth respecing once you are level 40 to get Mortal Strike as soon as possible if you do choose to go the "early Cruelty" route.

Arms Warrior PvP Build: Leveling 10-19

Early on there's not a whole lot to use; you'll mostly be using Rend and Heroic Strike, so it makes sense to grab Improved Rend with your first three talent points, then move onto Deflection with your other 2 points to unlock the next tier at level 14.

Your first points from 15 onwards should easily go into Improved Overpower, you want that 50% base crit chance on that move for taking down mobs (and eventually players) quickly with those big 2-hander crits. The other 3 points to unlock the next tier go into Improved Tactical Mastery.
