Overview

We started in Season 3 with the Temple Expedition, then in Season 11 we were given the Crash Site. Now, in Season 20, we’re blessed with a brand-new Expedition, Tiny World.

This is another ticket-entry event that occurs on Day 10. That means you can venture through all three Expeditions in the same run, as the Crash Site Expedition and Temple Expedition take place on Day 6 and Day 9, respectively.

Dr. Vortex is unveiling his new invention at Tiny World, and it’s full of big... or should I say little surprises. This Expedition brings a new set of unique items, as well as providing a brand new perspective on how you can plan out your boards, allowing for new, fresh builds that have never been seen before!

How to Enter the Tiny World Expedition

Just like the other Expeditions, the Tiny World Expedition will require a ticket. These can be acquired through drops in PvE Encounters, or purchased from “The Travel Agent” event.

This event can spawn between Day 2 to Day 5 and allows the player the option to purchase any of the Expedition Tickets, as long as they have the funds.

Here's a list of the PvE Encounters that can drop a Tiny World Ticket.

  • Capital Punisher
  • Cloudtop Admiral
  • Dr. Vortex
  • Flame Juggler
  • Mutant Baker
  • Ventriloquist
  • Zookeeper

How Do Tiny World Expeditions Work?

After you’ve obtained a Tiny World Ticket, you will need to keep it in your Stash until Day 10. At the start of Day 10, you will be presented with a fourth option to embark on the Tiny World Expedition.

Note that there is no use in keeping any additional found Tickets for the same events, as they can only trigger once on their specific day.

Once you enter the Tiny World Expedition, your ticket will be consumed, and you will proceed through the entirety of Day 10 in the Event.

That means you won’t go through any of the regular encounters you would see during a normal Day, so keep that in mind if you’re going to be going on the Expedition.

If you fail one of the challenges while on the Expedition, you'll be kicked out, but you can still proceed through the regular remainder of the Day. You’ll continue from the same hour you were kicked out, meaning if you lose the initial encounter on Hour 2, you will return to the Bazaar on Hour 3 to continue through the regular remainder of the Day.

Challenges and Rewards

Hour 1

Tiny World begins with a single choice: Being “shrunk”, which gives you a Depleted Device.

It is important to note that you will need this item to receive the reward at the end of the Event, so make sure you save space for it in your Stash.

Hour 2

Once you have grabbed your Depleted Device, you’ll move on to Hour 2, which starts with “Where am I?” and leads to the PvE encounter with Barnacle Bigwig.

Hour 3

If successful in defeating Barnacle Bigwig, you will encounter Sprout, a friend who helps you out with a free item exclusive to Tiny World.

You will be given a selection shop where you can choose one option from the assortment of items.

Keep in mind that these items are exclusive to Tiny World, so if you are planning a build around them, this is the only time to get them.

Hour 4

After selecting your item, you’ll be confronted with the Expedition’s final challenge.

Hour 5

If you successfully defeat Bananniboss, you’ll move on to the Ethergy Nexus.

This will Transform your Depleted Device into the Sizeinator.

The Sizeinator

Sizeinator is a Medium neutral item in The Bazaar.

When sold, it will turn your leftmost item “Tiny”. That means any Large item will become Medium-sized, and any Medium item will become Small.
