Kripp's Freeze Jules Build

Note: Jules builds have extremely contextual positioning due to the RNG placement of the Stoves and Coolers. Your mileage may vary.

Freeze builds generally don't follow an early game route, but instead exist as a powerful pivot option when the opportunity arrives. If you're looking for suggestions on some of Jules' early lines, check out her Burn Build or Durian Build for more details.

However, with that said, there are still a handful of decent items you can look out for. These are great flexible slot-ins early on, and some of them can contribute towards your final build in the late game.

Early Game Pickups

• Banu Leaves
• Black Pepper
• Butter
• Instant Noodles
• Sorbet
• Strawberries

Note: While some of the components can be acquired earlier, it's usually not until Gold items are available (Day 6+) that the build truly comes online.

Core Synergies

• Walk-In Freezer is the lead indicator of most Freeze builds. It converts Freeze into raw Damage, functioning as both incredible CC and your win condition.
• • Pair it with low Cooldown/Multicast Food to maximize Freeze triggers. Pizza is great in the mid game if your Stove/Cooler positioning aligns well.
• Blender is the primary Haste. It's important to upgrade it to at least Gold for the extra second duration (or use Rocket Boots).
• • Once you unlock the second Cooler slot, you can utilize Blender to create Multicast Slushees.
  • The Small items you Transform can pretty much be anything, but if you want to optimize, find something that can activate once before being replaced.

Tips & Tricks

• If you're looking to pivot to a Freeze build, prioritize the Weapon vendor (Aila) on Day 6+.
• While several good Freeze items exist, the majority require Coolers in order to function efficiently (so you can't use them all).
• • Ice Cubes, Ice Swan, and Cooler can be situationally viable, but aren't as clear cut as Walk-In Freezer.
• Positioning matters a lot, but will ultimately come down to socket RNG. Prioritize Coolers on the important items first, before worrying about other synergies.

Core Synergies

• Walk-In Freezer + Blender is the classic Freeze/Haste engine.
• • Instant Noodles provides an incredibly fast two second startup alongside Blender. It does not need to be Heated or Chilled.
  • Butter adds extra Haste, but is primarily another good activator thanks to its Multicast.
• Pastry Cart offers another angle for the build, generally pairing alongside Walk-In Freezer and replacing Blender.
• • This variant can create a higher Freeze output, but will generally want another form of Haste support to make up for the lack of Blender.
• Mini Fridge is another solid Freeze item that can be utilized, though requires a little more contextual synergy (similar to the alternatives like Ice Swan).

Tips & Tricks

• Shatter is a priority skill to consistently scale Walk-In Freezer.
• Freeze items are very upgrade demanding as a whole. For the most part, Silver Freeze items won't cut it in the late game (many really want to hit Diamond).
