Main Carry: Veigar Main Tank: Rek'Sai, Kobuko
Style: Level 5 Slow Roll

Guide

Key Conditions:

1. Dawn Core or Luden's Tempest from Portable Forge augment.

2. Gold Augment: Consuming Flora

Augment Description:
“Gain a Flora Fatalis Emblem. The champion holding the Emblem gains double benefits from the Flora Fatalis trait and gains Mana Regen.”

When you give Veigar this Emblem after choosing the Consuming Flora augment, this comp becomes straight-up S+ tier!

Veigar will cast his ult non-stop, infinitely, while healing his allies!

Early Opening

Between Rek'Sai and Kobuko, whoever gets 2 starred becomes the main tank!

Remember to let Veigar ride the Big Furry Friend.

How to roll/When to roll/Leveling

Don't level early game since you are mainly rerolling 1-costs!

Wait until 3-1 and roll! Because on 3-1, you are still Level 4 but with a lot of econ (if you didn't level early). This gives the best chance for you to hit 3-stars 1-cost.

However, don't roll down to 0, keep at least 10 or 20 gold so your econ can go back up.

Don't keep your gold above 50 gold strictly either. You most likely will have to roll down to 20 gold at 3-1.

Try to 3-star Veigar before Stage 3 carousel. This will give you great tempo in the Stage 3 and make Veigar gain stacks much faster!

Start leveling up after you hit Rek'Sai/Kobuko/Veigar all 3 stars.

Itemization

For Veigar

1. "Dawn Core" is the best artifact. "Luden's Tempest" is also great.

2. Flora Fatalis emblem (especially from the augment "Consuming Flora" ) is the best of the best.

3. Normal Craftable BIS: Blue Buff + Rabadon's Deathcap + Hextech Gunblade

For Rek'Sai and Kobuko

Tank items are generally much more flexible. There are many choices, as shown in the picture.

"Protector's Vow" and "Crownguard" are considered to be the best tank items in the game right now.

In general, please avoid making "Warmog's Armor", since 3-star units already have a lot of base health.

Also, if you make "Gargoyle Stoneplate", remember to get the best value out of it by putting the tank at the side of most enemies or simply solo-fronting it.

Alternate route

Veigar being contested and you are forced to fast 8? Don't worry, check out this Zyra/Soraka AP 84 guide! You can just use Zyra/Soraka as the replacement for Veigar!
