Rek'Sai Void Vanquisher 2g

[Link to Champion Page]
Rek'Sai is the first access to a Vanquisher, meaning she'll likely be a common pickup to enable the two-piece bonus.
As for her own abilities, Burrow dashes to the furthest enemy within range, dealing physical damage to the target and empowering three attacks to hit adjacent enemies. Very simple, but a good grab for the traits.
Gangplank Bilgewater Slayer Vanquisher 3g

[Link to Champion Page]
Gangplank is an excellent 3-cost unit thanks to having access to three useful traits. He also provides great utility to physical based teams, as his Powder Kegs ability applies an Armor debuff to up to three enemies that are hit by the explosion.
Crits amplify the reduction further, and seeing as he's a Vanquisher, he's well setup to be abused on the battlefield.
Ambessa Noxus Vanquisher 4g

[Link to Champion Page]
Ambessa's Lacerate swipes her target as she dashes around them, dealing physical damage to enemies in the path. She follows this up by slamming chains on the target, dealing more damage in a line.
If any enemies are killed by the effect, the ability is immediately recast for a percentage of the damage.
Overall she seems like a decent offensive unit, but more importantly, she's the key to unlocking Mel.
Kalista Shadow Isles Vanquisher 4g

[Link to Champion Page]
Kalista has impressive scaling potential, just like all other Shadow Isles champions. Her Endless Rend summons a scalable amount of spears (depending on Souls), splitting among three nearby enemies. Each one impales the target and reduces their Armor.
This could become quite powerful with Vanquisher's increased Crit Damage, and since there are few Shadow Isles units overall, there's definitely space to include the trait.
Fiddlesticks Harvester Vanquisher 5g

[Link to Champion Page]
Fiddlesticks passively gains Mana each time an enemy champion dies thanks to his unique Harvester trait. Additionally, this prevents his abilities from consuming Mana, and lowers the Armor/MR of all foes. That's a lot to like already, but it gets even better.
Once his Crowstorm activates, Fiddlesticks teleports into the largest cluster of enemies, Stunning them and dealing magic damage each second. Those closest take increased damage, making Fiddles a huge threat on in combat.
While he may not offer a ton of synergy beyond Vanquisher, his standalone aura and AoE Stun makes him an excellent pickup across the board.
