Build Overview

Blade Blast of Unloading Saboteur, currently out of meta, but very strong build.

~40 Div PoB - ~5x Damage, less buttons, more Defense, more Life/Mana sustain

How build works:

Arcanist Brand with Blade Vortex to get Blade Vortex stacks for Blade Blast of Unloading.
Brand Recall with Automation to automatically recall those brands and get Blade Vortex stacks
Perfect Crime help with getting more Blade Vortex stacks faster
Then on 8-10 Blade Vortex stacks use Blade Blast of Unloading

Strengths and Weaknesses

Large AoE
High Damage

At low budget lack Defense
At low budget no recovery on Bosses aside of Life Flask
At low budget 2 Button gameplay

Equipment

Gear:

Wand is Void Battery, rolls don't really matter, just get cheapest one
Shield is Malachai's Loop, get it with 16% Spell Damage roll
Helmet with Life and Resists
Body Armor is Skin of the Lords, used to get +2 Levels for Blade Blast of Unloading, and +2 Levels to Empower Support which give another +2 Levels to Blade Blast
Any Keystone that doesn't brick the build, get it with correct colors because you can't change them.
Gloves are Entropic Devastation, used to add Impale to Spells, basically More Damage
Boots are Ralakesh's Impatience (Power), used to make you count as having Maximum Power Charges, so you can ignore downsides of Malachai's Loop and Romira's Banquet that cause you to lose all Charges
Amulet is Replica Dragonfang's Flight with +3 Levels to Blade Blast, pick best rolls for regular price or small overpay
Rings are Romira's Banquet (Foulborn version with +1 Power Charge) and Rare Ring with Life and Resists
Belt with Life and Resists
Militant Faith (Dominus Inner Conviction) used to get Inner Conviction, any seed will work as long as it doesn't replace +1 Power Charge passive
Rare Jewel with Attribute or Resists if needed, Life, Critical Multiplier/Chance, etc
At low budget you need Mana Flask, aside of that Quicksilver Flask, Silver Flask and Amethyst Flask or Jade Flask
