Frostblink of Wintry Blast Speedfarmer build with 
Fishing Rod.
This build is probably one of the fastest speedfarmer ever in entire POE history.
If you just wanna rush bosses, you can finish each maps even under 10 seconds.
But this build is not perfect, it has a lot of Weaknesses.

It's a little different with current version that I'm using, but I tried to make it easier for everyone to follow.
[You don't need all the corrupted implicit modifiers! it works just fine without them! I bought them because they were very cheap at the time, why not lol]
Reefbane is the best fishing rod. it gives you 40% cast speed.
The Dark Monarch (Summoned Golems)The Dark Monarch has a lot of variation, get a golem one.
Blunderbore you can replace it with 
Bronn's Lithe if you want. You'll have less cast speed but more damage. Which can actually make the build even stronger, cuz we have too fast cast speed now. slowing it down will probably make it easier to control, less laggy, which will make you die less.
Screams of the Desiccated Aim for Echoing Shrine. Massive Shrine is also good too, it'll be REALLY strong. but having both of them will cost you like 5 mirrors which was not possible for me.
Beacon of Madness (Two-Toned Boots Evasion/Energy Shield)it has 3 variations too, get the explosion one.

Gloves, Rings, Amulet, You can basically use ANYTHING!!!
for amulet slot I used Marylene's Fallacy, because it's cheap and really strong. I recommend it.
But Gloves, Rings, it's really up to you. You can use anything you want. Using regular rare gloves will improve this build a lot!
Primordial Eminence is not mandatory, you can replace it with any jewel you want, just don't forget to choose one with corrupted blood immunity implicit modifier.

When you buy Large Cluster Jewel and Megalomanic, don't forget to choose ones with right order. You want 
Primordial Bond near your starting point.
It's hard to explain everything how to choose right one here, you can google it yourself or basically when you search it on trade, you can see the order or you can check the item on pob
Voltaxic Burst for bosses, but you can basically replace it with any spell gem you want.

summon 1 of each 
Summon Stone Golem, 
Summon Flame Golem, 
Summon Lightning Golem, 
Summon Chaos Golem, and 4 Summon Stone Golem of Safeguarding. You can unequip Screams of the Desiccated when you summon them.
Once you summon them, they'll stay with you forever even when you go to other area.
When you go inside the map, turn on 
Righteous Fire of Arcane Devotion and Beacon of Madness (Two-Toned Boots Evasion/Energy Shield). You need to do it everytime when you go inside the map.
And then, just spam Frostblink of Wintry Blast. Everything will die 1 shot
spam Voltaxic Burst when you deal with bosses. but it has knockback, so you need to keep walking to the boss or push them into corner.
When you stay too long inside the map and can't handle Beacon of Madness (Two-Toned Boots Evasion/Energy Shield) Debuffs, go inside the mirage or turn it off and on again. it'll reset the debuffs.
We 1shot normal and magic monsters with Frostblink of Wintry Blast while moving super fast.
It'll cause corpse explosion which chains, also dmg is scaled with Reefbane and runegraft of the angler.
You have decent dmg boost from golems too.
We have super fast cast speed because we have Screams of the Desiccated, that's why we move so fast lol
