About the Build
This build is incredibly fast and incredibly tanky. It deals no damage, which does not matter in TotA.
Instead, it CC's enemies with 
Void Sphere and 
Ensnaring Arrow combined with 
Pacifism Support.
The Wildspeaker Ascendancy grants the following powerful bonuses:
- Tailwind for you and nearby allies at 150% effect
- 100% Suppression Chance, which makes hitting 75% Spell Dodge extremely easy
- Aspect of the Cat (grants Stealth, which helps with capturing totems)
- Frenzy Charges (helps fuel
Phase Run for even more Stealth and movement speed)
