[3.29] Winter Orb Elementalist League Starter

This build revolves around the buffed Winter Orb and Elementalist. This skill got massively buffed across the board in 3.29

Winter Orb explained

Winter Orb is a channeling skill. While channelling the skill charges up an orb, which fires icy projectiles that deals cold damage in an area where they land. The maximum stages by default is 10! If you want to deal the most damage you need to keep channeling aganist bosses.

There is two part of this skill:

1. Channeling. While you doing it you shooting out projectile more often.
2. Idle: This part has a duration. It will start count down from 6 second and you slowly loosing the stages. But you can move and it will still shot out projectiles. This time you can just run around and just everything dies around you.

Buffs

Winter Orb Now fires 2-3 Projectiles at gem levels 1-20 (previously 1 at all gem levels), has 25% chance to Freeze, and a Critical Strike Chance of 7.5% (previously 6%). Now deals 360 to 539 Cold Damage at gem level 20 (previously 360 to 450).

This means now you dont really need to use Greater Multiple Projectiles Support while keeping the clear just as before but now you deal more damage.

Why elementalist?

Elementalist providing a lot of nice QoL, damage and tonkiness

1. Huge shock value via Shaper of Storms (65%)
2. Golem buffs (cast speed, crti chance, damage increase, tonkiness)
3. Huge expouse effect thanks to Mastermind of Discord
4. Gives huge defensive layer via Shaper of Flames
5. We can swap out the last one and get Heart of Destruction for more damage / clear

Defensive layers

1. Maximum block chance
2. Huge life / energy shield pool
3. Tons of Energy Sheild regen
4. Endurance charges
5. Shaper of Flames (40% phys damage taken as fire damage)

Leveling

There are two options when to swap to Winter Orb.

Option 1

Right away after you complited your first lab and ascending as Elementalist. All tho if you doing it at Act 3 end the golems is not avaible yet because that is Act 4 start after you completing the sealed gate. So if you chooising this one i suggesting to you wait till you have all the golems.

Also this option is "risky" beucase we dont know yet how strong really and how it will feel at this level. In my testing run i was having a little hard time BUT that was without the buffs.

Option 2

Swapping later at level 55 when you can complete your 2nd lab and get Shaper of Storms also your tree is a little bit more developed and have more currey / better wand.

Its up to you if you taking the risk (if there is any). I was swapped at level 55 and it was pretty good even without the buffs!
