Trickster
Power Siphon is one of the quickest ways to level ANY CHARACTER from ANYWHERE ON THE TREE! This leveling path pops off as soon as you hit level 24! You dont need to change any gear and once you have everything equipped it is smooth sailing!
You will be using Power Siphon paired with 
Locus Mine Support to have your Power Siphon hit entire screens, auto target enemies and have culling strike to instantly destroy everything!
To level this character you will do the following
From Level 1 - 12 use the following:
Spectral Throw + 
Chance to Bleed Support + 
Volley Support
Frostblink + 
Shield Charge + 
Faster Attacks Support
Sniper's Mark
Precision
Once you hit level 12 and equip your 
Lycosidae you can drop Precision
From level 12 - 24 use the following:
Poisonous Concoction + 
Chance to Poison Support + Volley Support + 
Void Manipulation Support
Frostblink + Shield Charge + Faster Attacks Support
Herald of Agony + 
Summon Skitterbots + 
Clarity
Sniper's Mark + 
Withering Step
The beauty of the level 12-24 setup is you will have most of your leveling gear equipped and just shield charge through the rest of the campaign!
The big reason why we wait until 24 to get this leveling method off the ground is we want to be lazy and use 
Automation to auto detonate our mines for us without having to press any extra buttons! If you dont mind the extra buttons you can use the setup below earlier!
Once you hit 24, equip your wand and skills you easily can just Shield Charge and Frostblink through the rest of the campaign and throw mines when you need to!
NOTE FOR THIS LEVELING BUILD YOU CAN USE ANY CLASS AND ASCENDANCY TO LEVEL WITH IT! SOME STARTING LOCATIONS WILL BE BETTER THEN OTHERS BUT ALL ARE VIABLE!
THE BIG THING TO NOTE IS TO MAKE Power Siphon IS THAT IT REALLY NEEDS TO PIECE TO MAKE USE OF IT SO YOU WANT TO RUSH AS FAST AS POSSIBLE TO 
Piercing Shots ON THE PASSIVE TREE TO MAKE SURE IT BLAST EVERYTHING.
You can just anoint Piercing Shots on to your amulet if you have the extra funds and not worry about pathing to that first right away! At the time of recording (day 4 of the new league I didnt have the extra funds to do that so I just rushed to it)
Once you have Piercing Shots you just path straight north to all the Mine nodes and mana reservation and wands nodes and its smooth sailing from there!
