[3.28] Life Stacking Forbidden Rite Reliquarian

This build revoles around the new ascendancy Reliquarian, life stacking and Forbidden Rite. The more maximum life you have the more damage you will deal. Every time we casting this skill we will take 40% of our maximum life as chaos damage. The more life you have the more damage you will take but this can be lowered down with chaos resistance. Also this skill Deals 12% of your maximum Life as base Chaos Damage

We need to have high chaos resistance. We reaching that wil the base 75% and Timeless Jewel keystone Divine Flesh. This will increase our maximum chaos resistance to 80%.

Using Rathpith Globe to get more spell damage and critical chance for our Forbidden Rite. This is also sacrifice 10% of life when we using a spell or triggering it. We need a lot of recovery to counter that.

2. Life leech (2.8k per sec)
3. Life recoup 80%
