Gear & Stats Priorities

Mystic Refractor

• Additional Projectiles are good for FRoSS

• Corrupted for % chance to block (expensive)

The Dark Monarch (Summoned Golems)

• Make sure it's summonded golem, and not others

Twilight Regalia (Best ES Base)

• Good ES Roll
• Optionally, get open prefix to multimod craft attack block %
• Implicits
• • Exarch: Flasks gain a Charge every 3 seconds

Betrayal's Sting

• Double the amount of poison, which is very strong
• Use Noxious Catalyst to quality the % chance up

Le Heup of All (Foulborn version)

• The Foulborn version replaces % increased Damage with % increased Global Defences (which goes up to 36%), that is almost as good as Runegraft of the Fortress
• Use Tempering Catalyst to quality the % defences up

Whispers of Infinity

• The most important piece of our setup, making this build viable even with it being nerf in 3.27
• Anoint with As The Mountain for block chances
• Search for high ES without quality and quality it up yourself
• Use Tempering Catalyst to quality up the ES

The Tides of Time

• Utility Flasks gain 3 charges every 3 seconds (mandatory)
• The Tides of Time Vanguard Belt - Trade Link

• Oriath's End / Bismuth Flask (helps with Resistances), and the former add explody into the build
• Silver Flask, Quartz Flask or Granite Flask (pick 1)

• To get Primordial Bond in the front, there are a few combination, but cheapest one is Primordial Bond + Renewal only

FAQs

Why you spec into Pain Attunement when not Low Life?

• Put Elegant Hubris (Caspiro Supreme Ostentation) near Pain Attunement will change the node to Supreme Ostentation instead
• Search for Eternal Resilence node that replace Deep Wisdom, which gives Gain 1 Endurance Charge every second if you've been Hit Recently

Tattoo Setup

• Running Elegant Hubris (Caspiro Supreme Ostentation) means we don't need any attributes, which means we can tattoo all the attribute nodes:
• • Int nodes tattoo 6% lightning res in The Blue Dream (Foulborn)'s radius
  • Int nodes everywhere else, tattoo for 5% chance to poison on hit to reach 100% chance to poison on hit for Forbidden Rite of Soul Sacrifice
  • 1 Small dex node near Mind Over Matter tattoo for 10% chance to avoid stun
  • 1 small strength node near Mind Over Matter tattoo for 1% chance to block attack

Inflict Wither for single target

• I choose to run The Balance of Terror jewel, with Inflict withered for 2 seconds on hit if you've cast Despair
• • We'll be casting Despair on boss anyway so it doesn't complicate the rotation

Ailment Immune

• We use Stormshroud to convert chance to avoid shock to avoid all other ailment, we get 100% from:
• • Flask with 49%+ chance to avoid shock -> convert to 61% chance to avoid shock with flask effect
  • 40%+ chance to avoid shock as implicit on boots

Stun Immune

• Flask Suffix for 53%+ chance to avoid stun
• 25% chance to avoid stun craft on gloves
• 10% chance to avoid tattoo on the dexterity node near Mind Over Matter
• If you want to run Soul Ascension for Soul Eater, then we

Getting at least 70%+ attack blocks

• Blocks on body armour as a prefix (5-7%)
• Blocks on body armour as Eater of World implicit
• Replica Reckless Defence or Reckless Defence
• Corrupted Aegis Aurora for attack block chance
• Watcher's Eye with +7% chance to block attack damage while affected by Determination

Perma Flasks uptime

• With The Tides of Time we get 3 utility flasks charges per 3 seconds
