Ascendant Kinetic Fusillade Totem League Starter

Hey guys, It's Lazy Exile, and I want to share my Kinetic Fusillade Totem Ascendant

This is a League Starter build, it's meant to be play on League Start to Early and Mid-Game. Capable of farming Red Maps on a Budget. Then transition into other End Game Setup.

Build Summary

Kinetic Fusillade cemented itself in the meta as one of the best skill in the game right now. Ascendant can start this build from level 12, and bring it all the way into end game.

Kinetic Fusillade Ballista Totem build is budget friendly while dishing out crazy damage, definitely one of the best skill to be used on a totem. Great early-mid-end game scaling.

If you like to have an Scion character to try out the Reliquarian ascendancy, which is what I'm doing, this is a good choice to transition later as we can have very solid damage to farm currency on a budget to get your 4 voidstones and Ubers
