This is a One Button Build with
His Scattering Calamity that originally comes from
The Unborn Lich. There is a bug currently that allows using this ability with a Wand + Shield (or Sceptre) in other weapon set without weapon swapping.
You just socket
Hedgewitch Assandra's Rune of Wisdom in both weapons and after entering a new zone you will be able to use
His Scattering Calamity permanently on Wand weapon set.
WHY TITAN?
Hulking Form increases Reduced duration nodes like crazy making it INSTANT spell and
Crushing Impacts allows for amazing loop for Ward
Remnants of Kalguur and
Powered by Verisium for stronger Arc that we use in
Cast on Critical to then create explosions for even more AoE
Explosive Transmutation (and
Mana Remnants).
MAIN ABILITY
His Scattering Calamity is based on duration so we are looking for passives that reduce this such as
Near at Hand and
Forthcoming which I have used since 0.1 for
Earthquake builds.
It costs ZERO mana which makes
Mind Over Matter very valuable in terms of Defense on top of having
Mana Remnants as this is also a Crit build.
Mana Tempest is also FREE Damage increase that costs nothing.
MANA STACKING
Since we use
Mind Over Matter Mana becomes out Hit Pool so it is primed for stacking. Gear listed here was what I had on the character but is no where near ideal especially ring. Your main goal is to use
Mnemonic Ring with all possible Mana modifiers.
If I had Chaos resistance rolled on amulet/ring I could ditch those soul cores and use Maximum Mana as well.
DEFENSE
Stacking Block chance with
Svalinn is hands down THE BEST defense layer I have ever played and will make sure to make few builds next league with it.
Defensive Stance is perfect for this and you are able to reach 78-79% Block chance which is absurd for EHP. There are other passives to get maximum Block chance but those are quite far for this setup (
Hunker Down and
Vigilance).
Most of my testing in 0.5 patch was without low-life tech through Atziri's Communion which adds A LOT of Damage and it is absolutely viable on a budget setup.
