Build Overview

So this is going to be a lot please read this if you want to understand the build. The core of the build is a Brutus' Lead Sprinkler and it does 2 things. First it gives 5-10 attack fire damage per 25 strength and this is like a flat damage on ring mod and it applies to everything. So at 1000 strength this gives 200-400 fire damage which is huge. The second thing is for every 25 strength you have every attack hit will have a 5% chance to PROC Molten Shower which is 4 projectiles that land and aoe on that location. At 500 strength it has a 100% PROC chance.

in 0.5 Repulsion was made. When you curse the enemy any hit made against it will trigger a physical attack. This physical attack normally does not do alot of damage but with the flat from lead sprinkler its actually quite decent. So every time this curse goes off so does your Brutus' Lead Sprinkler. We put this curse on Blasphemy so everywhere we run to everything around us is cursed.

Guiding Palm of the Eye does alot of in this build. First it is the trigger to your Repulsion. It releases these little ice projectiles that basically doesnt do damage but it doesnt matter because it is a hit and it will trigger Repulsion which will trigger Brutus' Lead Sprinkler. It also provides 25% damage as extra cold which helps balance out Trinity. It also provides you with free supports for Purity of Ice which helps you fix your resistance. Her Declaration gives intimidate, Mysticism II free damage, Precision II for accuracy. It is also the engine for us to generate unlimited ward via Warding Rune of Equinox. This is very important because 2 of our primary skills are both ward based. It also allows us to use the Idol of Eramir which doubles the charges with get from Thaumaturgic Generator anoint on our amulet. The annoint gives a random charge every 5 seconds based on your attribute requirements of skills.

So Guiding Palm of the Eye hits the enemy. It triggers Repulsion which triggers Brutus' Lead Sprinkler which then chills the enemy. Since we wear Polcirkeln any enemy with chill and kill will shatter triggering Herald of Ice and creates an explosion.

We use Rite of Passage WOLF ONLY WOLF WOLF WOLF WOLF. When we kill a rare you get the ability for your elemental damage to amour break. Which then lets use Armour Explosion on Herald of Ice. So the Herald of Ice cannot chill but the Armour Explosion can. Creating a infinite loop of Herald of Ice and it will kill every monster on the screen provided you have enough damage on Herald of Ice and enough damage for your Armour Explosion to chill. If you are playing the budget build without Trinity, Embitter support will help you chill more.

So. Run > Sceptre does damage > Triggers Repulsion > Triggers Brutus' Lead Sprinkler > Triggers Herald of Ice > Triggers Armour Explosion > Triggers Herald of Ice > Triggers Brutus' Lead Sprinkler.

So what about Scaling and why Oracle. So we are a strength stacker on this setup and our core uniques are Irongrasp which gives both Iron grip and Iron will. Iron grip gives 1% projectile damage per 2 strength so and Iron will gives 1% spell damage per 2 strength. We then we Crown of Eyes to turn all of that spell damage into attack damage. So at 1000 strength we now have 500% increased projectile damage and 500% increased attack damage. The draw back of this is that the armor kind of sucks for defense and iron will basically makes our strength gives us no life. This league we can runeforge this amour to give us some ward we need desperately.

Note i have removed Irongrasp from the endgame versions of the build, you can still use this if you don't mind dying and you want more dps. Since running 20 mod maps you take tons of damage in these maps so I opted for more tankiness.

To counter strength not giving us life we use a Heroic Tragedy VORANA ONLY VORANA. This timeless jewel gives us increased energy shield per strength. You can also use the oracle ascendency node Entwined Realities to cherry pick notables for extra damage and stats.

We play Oracle for 4 reasons. Strength stacking trees usually stretches really far which will make Entwined Realities realities really good.

2. Anger Management Powerful Casting and Limitless Pursuit are all very powerful notables.

3. When your tree is long you get access to tons of jewel slots. Jewels are extremely powerful but since the build has tons of increased damage it makes all the prefixes on your jewels pretty much worthless. We also don't cast or attack making all the speed mods worthless. The only thing worthwhile on jewels is the crit mods which is very hard to do since Brutus' Lead Sprinkler has low base critical chance. Since oracle has Forced Outcome it allows us to scale critical mods to give us some additional damage.

4. Against the Darkness near the monk area allows us to take 8 nodes with oracle. It gives us 32% damage as extra lightning and 24% increased strength.

CRAFTING.

Jewels You can 5 mod jewels with suffix effect to get huge jewels this league. You want to start with 1 mod fracture for crit chance to attacks 16% or Critical damage to attacks 20%. Be very careful buying the fracture from trade because cucks will use the crafted mod to fracture and cost you multiple divines.

Annul down to 2 mods and spam chaos orbs til the other crit mod. If you want more movement speed you can take it here instead of critical strike chance for attacks. IE if you have 16% critical hit chance fracture you want to chaos to critical damage. Now the jewel is crit chance crit damage and 1 random prefix. Now you have to use a potent liquid of contempt. I think its just a straight 50/50 on the roll cuz i wasted 100 divines testing this. IF you have 2 prefixes logically i was thinking that you might have a 66% chance of knocking off a prefix but its more just 50/50. This is pretty much a 50/50 on hitting +1 suffix.

Once you have +1 suffix on your jewel , you want to use omen of dextral necromancy and desecrate your 3rd suffix. Use omen of light and echoes here until you get the mod that you want. The 4 mods that are useful is critical damage, critical chance, movement speed, and % strength.

Then use a omen of sinistral annulment to annul the +1 suffix off your jewel. Then exalt the jewel twice. Then use chaos orbs here. Because the game has 3 suffix and i cannot add another suffix because +1 mod is gone it will say you cant do this sometimes but just continue clicking. At this point all 3 of your suffixes are protected and cannot change except via divine orbs. So all you need to do is get 1 prefix that you want ie magnitude of ailments, magnitude of shock, attack damage, attack damage against rares, elemental damage. Becareful there is a damaging ailments mod with crit you DO NOT WANT THIS. Then use potent liquid ferocity to 50/50 the mod if you miss you can just chaos again. You then divine the jewels and catalyst them.

RING

Start with I level 82 t1 lightning flat or Cold flat fracture. You want to spam chaos orbs til you get the other one. Now you have Flat lightning and cold with 4 empty affixes. Use Dextral exalt omen and exalt for random suffix. use dextral crystallization and essence of the breach to put 20% quality. Then you want to use fire catalyst to 40 omen of catalyst and prefect exalt. If you dont get resistance dextral annulment and repeat the process. Then do the same thing with lightning catalyst and try to get lighting resistance after fire. After this put 40 quality of reaver catalyst on the ring and use sinistral erasure and omen of whittling with perfect chaos. depending on what you get you will need to proceed differently. say you get mana gained on kill you will need to use dextral erasure with omen of whittling and perfect chaos to try to hit another mod. The mods you want to whittle to is. Rarity suffix, strength suffix, any res suffix , or any flat prefix. Then use desecrate and omen of light for the last mod.

Boots

Get 2 socket ilvl 82 Sekhema Sandals. If they are too expensive you can look at Luxurious Slippers or other base. Know that you don't have a lot of flat energy shield on this build so everything bit matters. Use chaos orbs to get 35% movement speed and attempt to fracture it. Socket in Uhtreds Siderus and use chaos orbs til you get sprint speed. If you want to be tankier you want should not socket this and just go for double energy shield mods. Once you get the mod you want, use greater exalts and annuls to attempt to get the 3rd mod. If you annul the mod you want restart from chaos orb. Use perfect exalts and dextral annulment omen to try to get resistances. Use omen of whittling on the second mod. You want any resistance or life regen.

Gloves

Fracture Cold damage to attacks t1 on Sirenscale Gloves. Annul down to 1 mod and use chaos orbs til t1 Energy shield % or flat energy shield. Use greater exalts and annulments til you get the 3rd mod. You want T1 % energy shield and t1 flat energy shield. Use perfect exalts. Omen of dextral annulments and whittling to get 2 resistance and rarity.

You have some flexibility between the suffixes of your gear. As long as its useful ie Res, rarity you can use runes to fix whatever.

Amulet

Get either an eternal rage neck or trinity neck and annul down to 1 mod. Spam chaos til t1 spirit, divine to 50. Then attempt to fracture it. Use chaos orbs til t1 all attributes. Use sinistral exalt omen and exalt a random prefix. Then use sinistral crystallization and breach essence to put the 20% quality mod. Use attribute catalyst 40%. Use omen of sinistral annulment to remove the 20% mod. Then use sinistral exalt and exalt a random mod. Then use Sinistral crystallization and and perfect essence of infinite to attempt to hit % strength. If you fail you will have to whittling the mod back to a prefix and repeat this process. Use desecrate and omen of light for flat energy shield

Besides the sceptre there is another way to trigger Brutus' Lead Sprinkler on this build its Voltaic Barrier. It puts 2 pillars down and a beam of lightning will trigger in the middle. This line will trigger 4 times a second making it an insane engine for triggering Brutus' Lead Sprinkler because you don't need to scale attack speed. This skill is normally hard to use but with Ahn's Citadel which converts the wall into a fissue and either Kaom's Madness or Branching Fissures II it will create a big AOE which makes the skill act like a full screen totem. We use Efficiency II here to help with the ward cost then boost the damage with supports.

Molten Shower is our main damage. Retreat III only works because somehow Voltaic Barrier

is considered melee. Blindside is only active when you have Blind II in Voltaic Barrier.

We use Blasphemy for both Temporal Chains and Repulsion. Since we have no evasion or armor Temporal Chains is the best defensive layer we have. Since we are oracle we get some curse effect for a few points. Once temp chains is online you will get knocked down alot less while sprinting through monsters. We use Embitter here to help chill from Repulsion.

Trinity is very hard to use you have to scale your gear to balance out your damage as best as possible. Since Repulsion only hits a few times a second having embitter there will help balance out the damage. You want Cold and lightning on your rings. Cold on your gloves. Heart of the Well with cold and lightning. Against the Darkness with lightning damage.

Refutation will allow you to parry incoming damage and give them a parry debuff.

Charge Regulation with Thaumaturgic Generator will give you power charges for more critical and endurance charge for more energy shield.

Eternal Rage and Berserk will give us additional damage but you will need any flat regen on any piece of gear to counter act you dying. Flat regen means 6.5 life regeneration per second not % regen like on Vitality II.

You want to socket Herald of Thunder and Freezing Mark into your build and not use it for Thaumaturgic Generator

The extra gems in Mace Strike is for Gem Enthusiast.
