So this is going to be a lot please read this if you want to understand the build. The core of the build is a
Brutus' Lead Sprinkler and it does 2 things. First it gives 5-10 attack fire damage per 25 strength and this is like a flat damage on ring mod and it applies to everything. So at 1000 strength this gives 200-400 fire damage which is huge. The second thing is for every 25 strength you have every attack hit will have a 5% chance to PROC
Molten Shower which is 4 projectiles that land and aoe on that location. At 500 strength it has a 100% PROC chance.

Repulsion was made. When you curse the enemy any hit made against it will trigger a physical attack. This physical attack normally does not do alot of damage but with the flat from lead sprinkler its actually quite decent. So every time this curse goes off so does your
Brutus' Lead Sprinkler. We put this curse on
Blasphemy so everywhere we run to everything around us is cursed.
Guiding Palm of the Eye does alot of in this build. First it is the trigger to your
Repulsion. It releases these little ice projectiles that basically doesnt do damage but it doesnt matter because it is a hit and it will trigger
Repulsion which will trigger
Brutus' Lead Sprinkler. It also provides 25% damage as extra cold which helps balance out
Trinity. It also provides you with free supports for
Purity of Ice which helps you fix your resistance. Her Declaration gives intimidate, Mysticism II free damage, Precision II for accuracy. It is also the engine for us to generate unlimited ward via
Warding Rune of Equinox. This is very important because 2 of our primary skills are both ward based. It also allows us to use the
Idol of Eramir which doubles the charges with get from
Thaumaturgic Generator anoint on our amulet. The annoint gives a random charge every 5 seconds based on your attribute requirements of skills.
So
Guiding Palm of the Eye hits the enemy. It triggers
Repulsion which triggers
Brutus' Lead Sprinkler which then chills the enemy. Since we wear
Polcirkeln any enemy with chill and kill will shatter triggering
Herald of Ice and creates an explosion.
We use
Rite of Passage WOLF ONLY WOLF WOLF WOLF WOLF. When we kill a rare you get the ability for your elemental damage to amour break. Which then lets use Armour Explosion on
Herald of Ice. So the
Herald of Ice cannot chill but the Armour Explosion can. Creating a infinite loop of
Herald of Ice and it will kill every monster on the screen provided you have enough damage on
Herald of Ice and enough damage for your Armour Explosion to chill. If you are playing the budget build without
Trinity, Embitter support will help you chill more.

So what about Scaling and why Oracle. So we are a strength stacker on this setup and our core uniques are
Irongrasp which gives both Iron grip and Iron will. Iron grip gives 1% projectile damage per 2 strength so and Iron will gives 1% spell damage per 2 strength. We then we
Crown of Eyes to turn all of that spell damage into attack damage. So at 1000 strength we now have 500% increased projectile damage and 500% increased attack damage. The draw back of this is that the armor kind of sucks for defense and iron will basically makes our strength gives us no life. This league we can runeforge this amour to give us some ward we need desperately.
Note i have removed
Irongrasp from the endgame versions of the build, you can still use this if you don't mind dying and you want more dps. Since running 20 mod maps you take tons of damage in these maps so I opted for more tankiness.
To counter strength not giving us life we use a
Heroic Tragedy VORANA ONLY VORANA. This timeless jewel gives us increased energy shield per strength. You can also use the oracle ascendency node
Entwined Realities to cherry pick notables for extra damage and stats.
We play
Oracle for 4 reasons. Strength stacking trees usually stretches really far which will make
Entwined Realities realities really good.

Anger Management
Powerful Casting and
Limitless Pursuit are all very powerful notables.
3. When your tree is long you get access to tons of jewel slots. Jewels are extremely powerful but since the build has tons of increased damage it makes all the prefixes on your jewels pretty much worthless. We also don't cast or attack making all the speed mods worthless. The only thing worthwhile on jewels is the crit mods which is very hard to do since
Brutus' Lead Sprinkler has low base critical chance. Since oracle has
Forced Outcome it allows us to scale critical mods to give us some additional damage.
4.
Against the Darkness near the monk area allows us to take 8 nodes with oracle. It gives us 32% damage as extra lightning and 24% increased strength.
