Reap plant build made by Jalapenoz. It utilizes Reap to deal damage, stack up critical weakness, and trigger 
Cast on Critical. Since Reap is a physical skill, this synergizes nicely with 
Thrashing Vines when used in Cast on Critical as they're both physical skills.
And if ranged attacks are needed, we also have 
Entangle.
Gearing:
Grab a The Vertex (equipment) with +skills and The Covenant with "spell damage leeched as life". you can also look for %increased life corrupt.

Frost Wall
Cast on Critical
Life Remnants
Archmage
Frost Wall is only used so Reap has something to latch onto. You can use it if you want.
Life Remnants along with life leech is how we stay alive.
Archmage is why we're stacking mana (for a buttload of damage)

Prism of Belief look for + Thrashing Vines skill ranks.
Use Reap and Entangle for clear. This will generate big AOE via Trampletoe
