You can aquire Bitter Dead around LvL 52 in Act 4 at the Plunder Point Questline. However, that is random, and you might have to buy it.

The Cheap Bitter Dead are Lvl 64/66 Versions. That's the point you will swap!

Until LvL 64/66 we will play Furious Slam Shockwave Totem Bear Druid!
